Our Committee
Woolston & District Allotment Association is run by a volunteer committee of plot holders who give their time to support the association and our allotment community. The committee helps manage Shop on the Plot, organises events and activities, looks after the association’s finances and membership, supports improvements around the site, and represents the interests of our members. We meet regularly throughout the year to discuss ideas, make decisions and plan how we can continue developing the association for the benefit of everyone.

Our association is only possible because of people who volunteer a little of their time, and we’re always pleased to welcome new faces.
Joining the committee doesn’t mean taking on a second job! Whether you can help with events, lend a hand in Shop on the Plot, support projects around the site, bring new ideas to the table or simply help represent fellow plot holders, there’s a way to get involved.
Our committee meets roughly once every two months, and responsibilities are shared between us. You don’t need any previous committee experience or specialist knowledge – just an interest in helping our allotment community continue to grow and improve.
